Britney Winters

Britney Winters has a wealth of experience in the business sector. Britney began their career in 2008 as an Analyst in the Real Estate Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse. The following year, they took on a Summer Analyst role in the Real Estate Finance & Securitization department. In 2010, they moved to Accenture as a Business Analyst in Corporate Strategy. In 2012, they joined Shell Oil Company as a Global Category Analyst in Deepwater Subsea and Umbilicals. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley. From 2016 to 2019, they held various roles at Shell, including NBD and Commercial Advisor, CP Target Operating Model Lead (BG Integration), and BG Integration & Synergy Advisor. Most recently, they founded and became CEO of Upgrade Boutique in 2019.

Britney Winters attended Stanford University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Science & Engineering. Britney then attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
