Griff Long

Griff Long currently serves as President of Upgrade Labs, a wellness company focused on biohacking to enhance individual health and well-being, starting in August 2024. Additionally, Griff Long is a Co-Founder at E2 since January 2023. Previously, Griff Long was Chief Executive Officer of EL1 Sports from January 2020 to January 2024, where significant growth was achieved through multiple equity rounds. Prior to that, Griff Long held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Orangetheory Fitness from January 2018 to January 2020, driving revenue growth and operational improvements. Between January 2017 and January 2018, Griff Long also served as Chief Operating Officer at Pure Barre, where a successful turnaround led to a valuable acquisition by Exponential Fitness. Griff Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Bridgewater State University and graduated from Stratton Mountain School with a high school diploma.
