Adrian Gilbert

Adrian Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Software Engineer at Upgrade, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Ceridian as a Software Developer Lead, where they led a team in building a next-generation search experience. Adrian also worked at Interset as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, managing a team focused on extracting insights from machine learning results. Before that, they were a Senior Software Developer at JSI Telecom, where they oversaw full-cycle software development. Adrian also gained experience in senior roles at Canadian Health Systems Inc., SolarWinds N-able, Eftia OSS Solutions, and TOUCHLINK PAYMENT SOLUTIONS.

Adrian Gilbert holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Carleton University and attended St Pius X HS. Additionally, Adrian has obtained certifications in Programming in C# Specialist (.NET 4.5) in 2013, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer – Windows Developer 4 in 2011, and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer – Enterprise Application Developer 3.5 in 2010.
