Christopher M. Young is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience across various organizations in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Sales at Upgrade, Inc. since May 2022, Christopher also co-founded CMY Consulting in February 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at West Creek, where responsibilities involved building a profitable Home Improvement business unit, and Vice President of Client Development at Fortiva Retail Credit, focusing on client growth and innovative sales strategies. Christopher's career also includes significant positions at GreenSky®, Lenovo, and Dell, where a strong emphasis was placed on sales management, client development, and operational efficiency.
