Jeffery Scott

Jeffery Scott currently serves as the General Manager of HVAC and Pools at Upgrade, Inc., starting in August 2023. Jeffery is also a Founding Partner at Milan Land Firm, which focuses on renting high-end properties to quality tenants, and co-owns 2JS LLC. Previously, Jeffery co-founded AtWater Financial and Atwood Rentals HVAC, where a platform was developed to assist HVAC contractors in providing financing options to homeowners. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical and operating Scott Heating & Cooling. Jeffery began a career in the United States Marine Corps Motor Transport Association, Inc., achieving the rank of Corporal.
