Jen Dang

Jen Dang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal communications and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Upgrade, Inc. since May 2025, Jen has previously held significant positions at JetBlue Airways from January 2017 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading digital communications campaigns and advising senior HR leaders. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Field Communications for Ann Taylor, Senior Account Executive at The Berman Group, and Law Clerk at the Pima County Attorney's Office. Jen holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
