Mark Miller is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and risk analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Investor Credit at Upgrade, Inc. since March 2025, Mark previously held the role of Senior Director, Underwriting Strategy at Best Egg from September 2021 to March 2025.
