Nii Dodoo

Nii Dodoo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nii started their career as a Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later worked at Oracle USA, Inc. as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Application Engineer. Nii then joined LendingClub as a Senior Software Engineer and was part of the founding team. Nii also worked at Corporate Portfolio Analytics as a Senior Consultant, where they gained experience in corporate real estate management and strategic planning. Nii went on to work at Dell in roles such as Business Intelligence & Strategy Consultant and Product Marketing Manager. Nii then held positions at Juniper Networks, where they served as Senior Manager, Business Analytics Lead and Senior Manager Business Operations. Nii also founded and served as CEO of an early-stage startup in the tourism/hospitality industry. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Technology at Upgrade, Inc. Throughout their career, Nii has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Nii Dodoo attended Achimota Secondary School from 1989 to 1996, obtaining A Levels in Maths, Chemistry, and Physics. Nii then went on to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002, earning an S.B. in Economics and another S.B. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Later, Nii Dodoo pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing an MEng degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from 2001 to 2002. Lastly, they attended Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2009, obtaining an MBA degree in General Management.
