Nisha C. currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions and Head of Institutional Sales at Upgrade, Inc., focusing on personal loans, travel (BNPL/POS), home improvement, auto, and card products since October 2023. Previously, Nisha held the position of Vice President of Structured Products at Pagaya from 2020 to 2022, contributing to the launch of an IPO in June 2022 with a focus on subprime auto financing. Experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Capital Markets at Figure (2019-2020) with a specialization in agency and non-agency mortgages and HELOC, as well as Director of Mortgage Capital Markets at SoFi (2015-2019), where agency and non-agency mortgages were the main focus, leading to an IPO in June 2021.
