Pascal Chouinard

Pascal Chouinard is an experienced software developer with a strong background in software development and IT consulting. Currently serving as Principal Software Developer at Upgrade, Inc. since February 2021, Pascal has previously worked as a Staff Software Developer at AppDirect and as a technology consultant at CODE3 - Coopérative de solidarité. Pascal's earlier roles include software development for the Barreau du Québec, optimizing server platforms at LIPSO, and providing technical consulting at Croesus Finansoft Inc.
