Peter Lloyd

Peter Lloyd has a strong background in tax management and leadership roles. Peter is currently working as the Senior Director of Tax at Upgrade, Inc. since February 2024. Before joining Upgrade, Inc., they held the position of Tax Director at the same company from March 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Tax Manager at Altum Partners, LLP from August 2021 to March 2022. From February 2016 to July 2021, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Spiegel Accountancy Corp. Before that, they gained experience as a Tax Manager at RSM US LLP from February 2011 to February 2016 and as a Tax Associate at Grant Thornton LLP (US) from January 2008 to February 2011.

Peter Lloyd attended Southern Methodist University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 2007. Peter is also a Certified Public Accountant and obtained this certification from the Arizona Society of CPAs.
