Pravesh Kumar

Pravesh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of database administration and management. Pravesh started their career at EMC Corporation as a Sr. Oracle Apps DBA, where they supported mission critical environments and worked on various databases. Pravesh then joined VMware as a DBA Project Manager + Client Management, where they built a DBA team and implemented best practices for database management. Later, they worked at NetApp as a DBA Manager + Client Management, leading offshore teams and implementing Oracle EBS projects. After that, they joined Inmar as a Database Architect, responsible for maintaining uptime and working with multiple database systems. Currently, they are working at Upgrade, Inc. as a Sr. Lead Engineer, focusing on various technologies and building high quality microservices architecture systems.

Pravesh Kumar completed their high school education at Higher Secondary School, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Indira Gandhi Engineering College. Pravesh also holds several certifications, including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Advanced Communication & Leadership Gold from Toastmasters International, and the Oracle Certified Professional. Additionally, Pravesh has obtained certifications in project management, such as the International Project Management Day and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
