Shane McMahon

Shane McMahon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Upgrade, Inc. since October 2025, Shane previously held the position of Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from December 2023 to July 2025, focusing on tech-driven HR solutions for SMBs and mid-market businesses. Prior to that, Shane worked at Klevu (now Athos Commerce) from January 2021 to October 2023, initially as a Business Development Representative and later as an Account Executive, contributing to enhanced eCommerce experiences through product discovery tools. Earlier experience includes a role as an Engineering Recruiter at Tech USA, where the focus was on sourcing top talent for the Manufacturing and Construction sectors. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Georgia, completed in 2019, and graduated from Sequoyah High School in 2015.
