Traci Oberman

Traci Oberman, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People Operations for Upgrade, Inc., overseeing sales and operations in Mexico since July 2023, following Upgrade's acquisition of Uplift, Inc. From January 2018 to June 2023, Traci held the position of Head of Human Resources at Flex Pay, where the focus was on making travel more accessible through flexible payment solutions adopted by major airlines. Previous roles include founding T.E.O. Human Resources Consulting Services, serving clients in various sectors, and advising the City of Sunnyvale as Chair of the Personnel Board. Traci has extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple organizations, including Calisolar, Inc., SideStep, Pixim, AMD, and Chromatic Research, demonstrating a strong track record in recruitment, employee growth, and strategic HR initiatives. Traci's educational background includes studies in Speech Communication at San Diego State University and specialized HR management qualifications from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
