Ashley Clark has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to customer success and customer experience. Ashley started their career as a Program Coordinator at Grand Isle Supervisory Union, where they administered a grant and coordinated staff and operations. Ashley then transitioned to the University of Vermont, where they served as the Faculty Senate Director of Operations, overseeing the activities of the Faculty Senate and facilitating curricular affairs.

After that, Ashley joined Social Sentinel, Inc. as an Assistant Director of Customer Success, where they managed and trained a team of customer success managers and worked closely with the CTO to develop new features for clients.
