Eileen Segale

Eileen has been the Director of the Home Care Department since 1987. She participated in securing funding and led the initial home-based Maternal Child Health, HIV, and PACE programs.

Prior to joining UCHC, she held several direct care and leadership positions including Head Nurse, at Temple University Hospital; Research Nurse, at Columbia University Hospital; MCH Nurse, at Boston City Hospital; and Public Health Supervisor, at Copan, Honduras (Peace Corps). Eileen has a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Health, both from Columbia University.
