Molly Warner, MS, RDN, LDN, is a dedicated nutrition professional with extensive experience in pediatric nutrition, wellness program development, and community education. As the Business Owner at Hand In Hand Nutrition since March 2021, Molly has continued to promote health and wellness. Previously, Molly served as the Pediatric Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness Case Manager at Uphams Corner Health Center, where involvement spanned from October 2015 to the present, and as Senior Nutritionist at the same center from February 2011 to June 2015. Past roles include Dietetic Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital and various positions such as Assistant Sailing Coach at Seal Beach Yacht Club and Diet Technician at Memorial Hospital of Gardena. Molly also contributed to community health initiatives as a Nutrition Educator at Community Hospital of Long Beach. Upham’s Corner Health Center (UCHC) provides comprehensive medical, dental, pediatric, vision, and urgent care services to the residents of North Dorchester and its surrounding neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts. UCHC also operates a Home Healthcare program and a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) with inclusive health services for older adults at three dedicated PACE Centers and in-home care.
