Nicole Smith

Nicole joined Upham’s Corner Health Committee, Inc., in January 2019. Nicole is responsible for overseeing human resources operations, employee rewards & recognition, talent acquisition, employee relations matters, and payroll functions for all 3 divisions of Upham’s Corner Health Committee, Inc.

Since arriving at the health center, she has brought on new employee benefits, implemented competitive staff salaries, created an employee of the month program, and rolled out a new HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking system.

Nicole attended Northeastern University for Human Resources Management and has over 18 years of human resources experience in community-based hospitals.
