Helga Steinsland

Helga Steinsland has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Helga began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Staff Auditor and later as a Consultant in the Performance Improvement department, primarily serving clients in the oil and banking/finance sectors. In 2010, they joined Lyse, a company in the energy sector, where they held various Controller roles, overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, and management of processes and internal controls. Helga also served as the Finance Manager at Lyse Neo AS, responsible for internal reporting, profitability analysis, quality control of financial statements, and secretarial duties for the board. In addition to their positions at Lyse, they served as a Member of the Board for Forus Energigjenvinning KS, Forus Energigjenvinning 2 AS, and Lyse Infra AS. Most recently, they joined Sternblick AS as a Rådgiver/Hodejeger and currently holds the position of CFO at UPHEADS.

Helga Steinsland completed their Msc/Sivøk degree in Performance Improvement and Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2001 to 2006. In 2005, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Otago, where they focused on Finance and Strategy.
