Jessica H. Berzac has extensive experience in the field of development and housing, with a focus on assisting people with disabilities and those facing homelessness. Jessica H. has held various leadership roles, including President and Co-Owner at UPholdings and Vice President of Development at Up Development, LLC. Jessica H. also served as President of Tangerine Development Group, where they worked to address critical housing needs and help individuals out of chronic poverty. In their previous roles, Jessica was responsible for managing and coordinating development projects, creating partnerships with service providers and non-profit organizations, and advocating for affordable housing initiatives. Jessica H. has also worked in community outreach and education and has experience in project financing and policy development.
Jessica H. Berzac completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts at Kalamazoo College from 1998 to 2002.
