Brianne Waugh

Brianne Waugh is an HR and Organizational Development professional, she held diverse and increasingly responsible positions during her career of over 15 years, supporting various business segments including nonprofit, manufacturing, product management, customer service and sales both nationwide and internationally. She focuses on HR strategy, employee and organizational development, retention, and engagement. Providing guidance through business growth, cycles of mergers and “normal” change are her specialties. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
