Kylie Phillips

Kylie Phillips has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Kylie is currently the Corporate Director of Learning, Organizational Development, and Change Management at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Hoplark as the Director of People Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing various HR activities and managing the people operations team. Before that, Kylie held multiple roles at Blommer Chocolate Company, including Corporate Organizational Change Manager and Human Resources Manager, where they developed and executed comprehensive OCM strategies and directed all HR activities for a high-growth manufacturing facility. Kylie also worked as a Student Teacher at Ruiz Elementary School and as an Orientation Leader at Roosevelt University. Throughout their career, Kylie has demonstrated strong skills in change management, employee relations, recruitment, and leadership development.

Kylie Phillips attended Roosevelt University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Elementary Education and an English Endorsement.
