Cícero Ramon Santos Alves has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Cícero Ramon started their career at Infraero Brasil as an intern in 2006, where they worked as an Economic Sciences intern until 2007. Cícero Ramon then joined Claro Brasil as a Sales Consultant from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they returned to Claro Brasil and took on the role of Business Manager for Top PME - Farmer until 2013. Cícero Ramon then became a Business Manager for Top PME - Hunter from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Manager of Large Accounts at Claro Brasil. In 2018, they joined Americanet as a Corporate Accounts Manager for a short period. Later that year, they joined Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) as a Senior Accounts Manager, where they worked until 2021. Cícero Ramon then joined FreteBras as a Customer Success Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at Americanet since 2022. Cícero Ramon also acquired a certification in Consumer Insights & Data Science from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
