Dave Wainman

Dave Wainman is a board member at Upkey, the world’s first student incubator, where they help prepare students for success in the professional world. Previously, they served as a Senior Orthopedic Reconstruction Sales Consultant at DePuy Synthes, significantly increasing reconstructive sales and developing a predictive algorithm that streamlined inventory management. With a strong background in the orthopedic industry, Dave has focused on operational change to enhance patient care and drive sales growth. Currently, Dave is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earning honors in multiple fields.
