Bhavik Shah

Bhavik Shah is a highly experienced professional in process engineering and flow chemistry, currently serving as G.M. Process Engineering & Lead-Flow Chemistry at UPL since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Manager of Flow Chemistry & Process Safety at PI Industries Ltd and Associate Director at Cipla, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in lab development, pilot plant scaling, and continuous manufacturing of fine and agrochemical products. Bhavik Shah's background also features significant expertise in chemical hazard evaluation, process safety studies, and technology transfer, with earlier positions at Sandoz, Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and HEL Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from the University of Mumbai and further studies at Symbiosis International University.
