Mr. Bhupen Dubey, COO – Seeds, has been at the UPL Group for 15 years, where he has had a dynamic career moving from a regional role in India to Regional Business lead for India, before moving into role of Chief Executive Officer -Seeds business in 2016. Bhupen has played a key role in managing and integrating companies within the UPL group such as Advanta/ UPL, Golden Seeds and Unicorn. He has been driving essential integrations to bring profitable and sustainable growth for the UPL business.
