Rajendra Chanpuriya

Rajendra Chanpuriya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant Head at UPL since January 2020, Rajendra has significantly improved manufacturing efficiency by 15% through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) methods and achieved a 25% increase in plant productivity for various chemical products. Prior to this role, Rajendra was Lead-Technical Cell at Asia Pacific Rayon from August 2017 to October 2019, where engineering assessments led to a 10% reduction in implementation costs. Rajendra began a career at Grasim Industries Limited, progressing from Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager, overseeing the production of CS2-Xanthate and improving quality parameters.
