Shripad Belgaonkar

Shripad Belgaonkar is an experienced professional in the field of Process Technology, currently serving as Lead (Manager) at UPL since March 2021, following a role as Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited and a Deputy Manager role at Atul Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed plant improvement activities and process parameter analysis. Additionally, Shripad held the position of Executive Process Engineering at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd, focusing on the DCTFMA molecule and engineering packages. Earlier, as Assistant Engineer - Technology Development at Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd, successful technology transfers for various products were managed.
