Tracy Barber

Tracy Barber, CSP, currently serves as the EHS Lead for North America at UPL since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing environmental health and safety initiatives. Prior to this role, Tracy held several positions, including Senior EHS Plant Manager and Environmental Health, Safety and Security Manager at UPL, and served as the Environmental Health, Safety and Security Manager at Dana Incorporated from May 2014 to June 2020. Additional experience includes a position as Safety Manager at Gibbs Die Casting and serving as the Environmental, Health and Safety Director at Uniseal, Inc. from March 2005 to August 2013. Tracy Barber holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky and has continued education at the University of Southern Indiana.
