Vikas Shah is an astute taxation head with over 15 years of experience specializing in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation across various sectors, including Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Services. Currently serving as the Taxation Head at UPL, they previously held major positions such as Global Head of Tax at Infrasoft Technologies and Tax Head for APAC and the Middle East at Worldline. Vikas has demonstrated exceptional capability in maximizing tax benefits, managing corporate tax restructuring, and ensuring compliance with global tax laws while leading diverse teams. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and are a Chartered Accountant.
