Martin Dubach

Martin Dubach currently serves as the Head of Taxation at Swiss International Air Lines since September 2018. In addition, Martin holds the position of Vice President of the Foundation Board at Pensionskasse SWISS and acts as a Deputy Judge in Kanton Schaffhausen, both roles taken on in January 2022 and July 2018, respectively. Martin has extensive legal experience, having worked as a Junior and Senior Associate at VISCHER from June 2010 to August 2018 and completed a summer legal internship at Bär & Karrer in 2009. Prior to that, Martin was a Young Graduate Trainee at UBS from May 2007 to March 2009. Academic qualifications include a Guest Lecturer role in Transfer Pricing at the University of Lausanne's Executive Program, a Stiftungsrat certification through Vps.epas, and a Swiss Certified Tax Expert designation from EXPERTsuisse. Martin is also a licensed attorney, having passed the Swiss Bar Exam, and holds both Bachelor and Master of Law degrees from the University of Basel.
