Sandy Fischer is the Trustee at Upland Hills Health, Inc. Sandy has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations.
Sandy started their career in 1993 as the Customer Relations Director at Imageworks. Sandy then spent four years as the Director of Business Development at PharmaSeek before joining Wegner CPAs in 2001 as the Marketing Manager.
At Wegner CPAs, Sandy was responsible for leading the brand strategy and growth for the $18M accounting firm. Sandy guided industry leaders with the design and execution of niche plans, in addition to directing the firm’s strategic plan. Sandy also oversaw the design and implementation of online marketing strategies, content creation, sales pipeline program, event management, website, and advertising initiatives.
In their 20 years at Wegner CPAs, Sandy coached professionals on individual marketing plans, goals, and business development efforts. Sandy also assisted with firm recruitment strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging throughout all communication tools and events. Sandy developed and presented staff training programs focused on marketing, sales, and customer service related topics.

Sandy Fischer has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies/Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Sandy also has a minor in Spanish from the University of Salamanca, Spain. Sandy is currently attending Carlson Travel Academy.
