SVP, Customer Services & Support at Upland Software

DJ Yoder is the SVP of Customer Services & Support at Upland Software. DJ has been with the company since August 2014 and in their current role, they are responsible for defining and overseeing the implementation of performance standards, processes, policies and KPIs across the global support services organization. DJ has also held positions at Upland FileBound as both a Customer Support & Implementations Specialist and Customer Support Manager, and prior to that they worked as a Royalty Administrator at EMI CMG.

DJ Yoder has a B.S. in Business and Music from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. They also have a Certificate in Christian Ministry from Eternity Bible College. They are certified from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Windows 7).

They are on a team with Paul Miller - Chief Operating Officer, Toby Hottovy - SVP & GM, ESM Business Unit, and Dan Doman - Chief Product Officer. DJ Yoder reports to Jack McDonald, Chairman & CEO.
