Joseph Spagnuolo

Joseph Spagnuolo has extensive experience in sales and customer relations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts at Upland Software since February 2007. In this role, Joseph collaborates with strategic accounts to develop customer success plans and enhance overall customer experience. Previously, Joseph held positions such as Director of Sales for PSA/PPM, where management of sales and collaboration with Customer Success Managers were key responsibilities, and Senior Account Executive, focused on building successful business partnerships through attention to detail and communication skills. Prior experience includes a sales representative role at DIMAT INC, where Joseph marketed an interactive software program for children, as well as teaching at Concordia University and working in special effects photography and art design at Michael Mills Productions. Joseph studied at Concordia University and Dawson College.
