Shinay Bowman

Shinay Bowman currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent at Upland Unified School District, following previous roles as Assistant Superintendent. Previously, Shinay held various positions, including Program Manager for Prevention and Intervention Services at San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, Interim Principal at Fontana Unified School District, and Program Specialist and Academic Coach/Teacher at San Bernardino City Unified School District. Shinay holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education and a Master of Arts in Education from Azusa Pacific University.
