Paula Villar Sánchez

Paula Villar Sánchez is a Data Engineer with uPlanner since 2022. Paula is also a Henry Mentor since 2022, where they provide guidance to students, creates teaching material and projects related to Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Science, and proposes and implements improvements in the Data Science curriculum. In 2021, they began working as an Ingeniera Analista at MESATI Ltda., where they work with large volumes of data, performs descriptive analysis and visualizations, and integrates mathematical and statistical tools to estimate the speed of equipment in different mine environments. Prior to this, they were a Profesora Auxiliar de Posgrado at Universidad de Chile from 2018 to 2020 and an Asistente de Investigación y Ayudante de Gestión at Universidad Diego Portales from 2020 to 2021.

Paula Villar Sánchez has a comprehensive education history. In 2022, they completed a Bootcamp Data Science program at Henry. From 2018-2020, they attended Universidad Diego Portales and obtained a Magíster en Ciencias de la Ingeniería mención en industrias. From 2013-2018, they attended the same university and received an Ingeniería Civil Industrial degree. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 94/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
