Shrutika Patil

Shrutika Patil is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and engineering, currently serving as Associate Manager Talent Acquisition at Uplers since September 2021, after progressing from the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Screening Executive at Collabera India from June 2017 to December 2021 and as a Marketing Engineer at Cotmac Electronics from November 2009 to November 2010, where responsibilities involved providing effective solutions in low-tension panels, drives, and automation technology. Shrutika holds a PG Diploma in Integrated VLSI and Embedded Systems Design from CDAC, Sunbeam-Pune, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from North Maharashtra University.
