Kathleen Coughlin

Kathleen Coughlin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Services & Quality Assurance at UpLift, responsible for developing clinical policies and standard operating procedures. Prior to this, Kathleen held positions in corporate wellness coaching, managed behavioral healthcare quality management, and conducted surveys as a Behavioral Health Surveyor. With a background as a Licensed Social Worker and Founder of their own counseling practice, Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in mental health and psychosocial support to their current role.
