Kyle Talcott has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Kyle is currently the Founder & CEO of UpLift, where they are focused on improving access to mental healthcare. Prior to this, Kyle served as the GM of Virtual Care at Cityblock Health and later as the Head of National Operations. At Clover Health, they held the positions of Vice President of Strategic Development and Vice President of Clinical Operations, where they played a key role in the company's growth and development. Before Clover Health, Kyle co-founded Ingenios Health, where they served as COO and CFO, overseeing the company's business functions. Kyle also worked at Rally Health as the Vice President of Finance, Planning & Corporate Development, contributing to the company's establishment and growth.
