Bryce Klinker has extensive work experience in software engineering and consulting. Bryce is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Uplift Delivery since March 2022, where they are responsible for improving software delivery processes and technical skills. Before that, Bryce worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Uplift Delivery from March 2021 to April 2022, where they focused on enhancing client software delivery processes and acted as a tech lead, agile coach, and individual contributor.
Prior to their current role, Bryce worked as a Consultant at Klinker Consulting, LLC from February 2014 to March 2021. Here, they built solutions utilizing agile and XP methods in various industries like smart buildings, utilizing technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, React, Node, Angular, Azure, and AWS.

Bryce Klinker completed their education with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Simpson College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Des Moines Area Community College from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Computer Science.
