Abby Kaiser

Abby Kaiser is an accomplished education professional with a strong background in college readiness and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of College Readiness at Uplift Education since July 2016, Abby has led significant improvements in college matriculation rates and standardized testing outcomes, including 100% college acceptance for the class of 2017. Abby has also held roles as Dean of College Prep and College Counselor, and has authored curriculum and professional development for educators. Previously, Abby worked with Teach For America, managing recruitment initiatives and leading successful diversity efforts. In addition, Abby has experience as a US History teacher, where notable academic growth was achieved under Abby's instruction. Abby holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Louisville.
