Amanda Dudley

Amanda Dudley, Ed.L.D., currently serves as the Managing Director of Primary Schools at Uplift Education since August 2023. Previously, Amanda held the position of Executive Director at Principal Impact Collaborative at UNT Dallas from December 2021 to September 2023, and prior to that, served as Doctoral Resident and Chief Program Officer at Principal Impact Collaborative from June 2020 to December 2021. Amanda's academic background includes a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Southern Methodist University, and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Elementary Education) from Texas A&M University. Amanda's extensive experience in education includes various roles ranging from teacher to leadership positions in organizations such as Teach For America and San Francisco Unified School District, culminating in over a decade of impactful contributions to primary education.
