Open

Open is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Uplift Northwest. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Community and Donor Relations at Seattle Goodwill Industries from August 2020 to November 2020. They also served as the Division Vice President, Philanthropy at Seattle Goodwill Industries from July 2019 to August 2020.

Open has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from University of Phoenix and coursework focus in Business from Highline Community College. Open also has certification from Seattle University in Executive Leadership Program, CFRE International in Certified Fundraising Executive, and AFP Advancement Northwest in AFP, NDOA, PSGWA, WPGA: Trainings, Workshops and Conferences ongoing.

They are on a team with Open - Chief Development Officer, Lee Humason - Senior Director of Accounting, and Angele Leaptrot - Senior Director of Mission Programs. Open reports to Gina Hall, Executive Director.
