Kelly Weiss

Kelly Weiss is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in research, administration, and public affairs. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Uplight since January 2020, Kelly has previously held roles as Technical Project Manager and Associate Technical Project Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes positions at Abt Associates as Associate Analyst and Research Assistant, and a Vice President of Administration role at Autism Speaks, where extensive volunteer work supporting individuals with Autism was conducted. Kelly has also gained valuable skills as an Administrative Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Elon University, and through internships at Melwood Global and Wandsworth Council, focused on market research and public affairs. Kelly Weiss holds a degree in Political Science with minors in Communications and Policy Studies from Elon University.
