Asya Bradley has a wealth of experience in the venture capital and financial technology sectors. In 2022, they became Senior Partner at Mendoza Ventures and a Member at C100. Asya also became Venture Partner at igniteXL Ventures. In 2020, they founded Kinly, and in 2021 they became an Advisor & Board Director at Uplinq. In 2019, they founded #HowSheWorks and became Senior VP of Revenue at Sila and VP Partnerships at Socure. In 2016, they were Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Synapse. In 2022, they joined the Investment Committee of the Cap Table Coalition, which aims to diversify the VC ecosystem by creating investment opportunities for Black, Latinx, LGBTQ+, Native American, women, and other traditionally marginalized investors.
