Martyn Evans Hon Friba

Martyn Evans is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work history. Martyn currently serves as the Creative Director for LandsecU+I, a specialist regeneration company with a focus on complex property development projects across the UK. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Chair at the London Festival of Architecture, Columnist at Building Design, and Non-Executive Director at Commonplace, an online public consultation platform. Martyn also served as the Estate Development Director at Dartington Hall Trust, where they played a key role in restoring and developing the historic Dartington Hall Estate. Additionally, Martyn has been involved with organizations like the British Property Federation and Cathedral Group PLC, where they worked as a Creative Director. Earlier in their career, they were the Head of Communications at The Body Shop.
