Mike Hood

Mike Hood joined U+I in July 2020 to drive forward a new regeneration strategy, leveraging opportunities from the economic recovery following the Covid-19 crisis. Mike came to U+I following his previous role at Capital & Counties Properties PLC (Capco) where he was Managing Director working on a wide range of projects in London including the £10 billion Earls Court project; heading the Innova partnership with Network Rail; and spearheading major, award-winning heritage and restoration projects for Capco’s prestigious Covent Garden estate. Mike brings with him a wealth of experience delivering high-quality, complex developments in central London, often via partnerships between the public and private sectors.
