Eija Lumme

Eija Lumme has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HR at UPM since January 2004. Prior to this role, Eija held the position of Director of HR at Tervakoski Oy from April 2002 to December 2003 and served as HR Manager at Kemppi Oy from September 1997 to March 2002. Eija's career also includes HR managerial roles at Arctia Oy from February 1991 to August 1997 and Fennofelt Oy from February 1986 to January 1991, where the focus was on employee relations. Eija Lumme earned a degree from the University of Tampere between 1978 and 1982.
