Heli Kallinki

Heli Kallinki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heli has held various roles at UPM - The Biofore Company, starting with a position as Specialist in Accounts Receivable. Heli then progressed to roles in Credit Risk Management and Bad Debt Handling, eventually becoming the Manager of Global Bad Debt Management. Heli also served as a Senior Manager in Operations Development before assuming their current position as Director of Customer Risk Management.

Prior to their involvement with UPM, Heli worked as an Accounting Assistant at Bemis Company, Inc., for a short period of time. Heli also served as a Team Assistant at Nokia.

Heli Kallinki has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in International Business from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Heli also completed an Erasmus exchange program at Deggendorf Institute of Technology in 2006-2007, earning another BBA degree in International Management. In 2019, Heli received a Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) certification in Global Credit Management and Risk Analysis from The Finance, Credit and International Business Association (FCIB). Furthermore, they were granted an International Certified Credit Executive certification from FCIB in 2020.
