Katja Parviainen

Katja Parviainen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and financial management. Currently serving as the Process Manager for Transfer Pricing at UPM since August 2017, Katja oversees global transfer pricing operations, reporting tasks, and projects. Previous roles at UPM include leading the Transfer Pricing team and managing compliance documentation. Katja also has entrepreneurial experience as a Financial Advisor at Port Tech Consulting Oy and has held positions at DS Smith, Taitokaari Oy, PwC, Vaisala Oyj, and Wärtsilä. Educational achievements include a Master of Science degree in Business Law and Accounting from the University of Vaasa and ongoing studies at the University of Eastern Finland.
